Faith Formation

St. Leo Little Lambs Atrium 

  • Level I is available for children 3-6 years old.

          Our morning session is held on Sunday mornings from 10:30 AM until 12:15 PM.

          This session is reserved for families with children in other classes in addition to those in the Atrium.

          Our afternoon session is on Sundays from 1 PM-2:45 PM.                                               

  • Our Level II True Vine Atrium is available for children who are 7-9 years old.                                                      The morning session is on Sundays from 10:30 AM-12:15 PM.                                                                                    We also offer an afternoon True Vine session from 1 PM-2:45 PM.   

 

Faith Formation classes

  • Grades 5 and 6 will cover Old Testament and meet each Sunday from 10:30 AM-12:15 PM. 
  • Youth in grades 7-12 who are preparing for the sacrament of Confirmation meet every other week for sessions which will include Bible study, small group discussions, and other activities which help the youth understand more about the roots of our Catholic faith. The youth, together with their parents and catechists will work with the Director of Religious Education and Fr. Alfred to determine readiness for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
  • Youth On Fire! sessions will be from 10:30 AM-12:15  PM every other Sunday.

 

OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) adapted for children

We welcome any child who is interested in becoming Catholic!

Children who have been baptized, but have not received any other sacraments are welcomed to attend Special Sacraments sessions along with those preparing to join the Catholic church. OCIA (adults) 

We welcome any adults who are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith or who are interested in becoming Catholic! Sessions are held each Sunday from 10:15-11:30 AM in the Conference Room.
